Wedding
Laurence on May 31 2009
Juliette and I just got married. We completely loved the day itself and have enjoyed diving off to France for the month of May, 3500 miles and an almost infinite amount of food and wine. Thanks to those of you who were able to come, the day was fabulous and your smiles made it. Thanks also to many more of you, who have wished us well.
Juliette/Mrs John: I’m delighted and honoured to be the other half of your journey. It’s gonna be fun.

Here is some of the action:
Thanks to all who made kind and generous donations to the charities we nominated, we are very grateful as are they. In our minds they were those who fought to give us our green and pleasant lands and those who still fight to keep them green.
The Royal British Legion safeguards the welfare, interests and memory of those who are serving or who have served in the Armed Forces. They are one of the UK’s largest membership organisations and recognised as custodians of Remembrance.
The Countryside Restoration Trust largest is a farming and conservation charity which aims to restore Britain’s countryside with a wild-life friendly and commercially viable agriculture, all with local community involvement.
Thanks to the tickel arms, who performed miracles on the food and venue front – guys go eat there, the food is great and the venue lovely.

Photographer for whom I will insert a link very shortly – you were great – our huge thanks.
Fireworks: We had huge fun with participation fireworks on the evening and a number of people have asked for details so that they can purchase them. They were miniature hot air balloons 2ft wide and tall and enormously entertaining. Find them here!
